It's been an insane week, and we've definitely had some trouble starting off - We've disqualified 3 of your Top Ten and brought in 3 ladies to fill their shoes, so I really want to apologize for this round taking more time than we anticipated BUT! Let's focus on the fact that our Top 10 really showed that you can be super chic on a budget
